2005 Ford GT to be sold at Auction

John Stuckey Ford will sell the 2005 Ford GT that Ford Motor Company awarded the dealership in an online/teleconference auction late this year.

“When Ford awarded us a GT, I was thrilled- this is a once in a lifetime opportunity!” said owner John Stuckey, “I wanted to make sure that we took full advantage of this blessing. We have decided to auction off the car nationally, with any premium over MSRP to be given as a tax-deductible gift by the purchaser to Young Life, a national charitable organization that helps teenagers.”

The auction will be held Wednesday, December 15th, 2004. “We wanted to make sure the buyer can not only have a fabulous Christmas present, but possibly, take advantage of the tax-deductible gift to Young Life as well,” Stuckey said. “We felt a national auction would provide us with the largest base of potential buyers for this rather unique vehicle,” Stuckey continued.
