MGP Caliper Covers Launches New Ford Licensed Products

MGP Caliper Covers has launched new Ford licensed products. Ford Mustang covers will have the official Mustang lettering behind the front wheels and the famous bar and pony in the rear wheels. An optional GT logo will also be provided for the rear wheels. Specialty Mustangs such as Cobra, Mach 1 and the Cobra snake will also be available and Ford trucks and SUV covers will sport the Ford logo.
The popularity of larger wheel sizes and open styles have exposed the braking systems on vehicles. Most brake calipers are unattractive rough castings that take away from the beauty of a nice wheel. MGP Caliper Covers enhance the look behind the wheel with a simple bolt on solution. Caliper Cover custom styling is a relatively new concept in the industry. Mike Barland, President of MGP said “Partnering with Ford as a licensee on this innovative accessory will bring the car enthusiast a completely new styling concept while incorporating desired Ford brand logos.”
Last August MGP Caliper Covers began selling covers for one vehicle, the 2005-2010 Mustang. In spite of a poor economy and a national car crisis, MGP sales have been solid. MGP offers covers for over 50 vehicles; including popular cars such as Corvette, Camaro, Challenger, Pontiac G8, BMW, F-150, 350Z, Navigator, Expedition and others.
MGP Caliper Covers have been created by San Diego’s Mike Barland. Barland has been in manufacturing for 26 years. Mike spent four year before the launch of MGP developing the custom fit design and patented fastening system of the caliper covers. The caliper covers include:
